To help us quote you accurately for your made to measure box we need you to give us the following information (we are happy to advise)

MEASURING YOUR BOX

We work to INTERNAL dimensions please measure the internal measurements you would like allowing for any protective packaging like bubblewrap or spacing.

The measurements should be the length first and then the width and then the height

CHOICE OF MATERIAL OR BOARD GRADE
A lightweight box would normally be manufacturered in a single wall corrugated board

To pack heavier items a double wall corrugated board is used. If you are unsure of the grade you need please advise us of the approximate weight of the product you intend to use the box for.

Side opening
Some typical box styles such as the 0201, 0401, 0301 and 0409 do not usually need to be tooled therefore there is no set up cost. Other more elaborate styles such as the 0427 will involve an initial tooling cost.
